New book chapter published in “The Routledge Companion to Mobile Media”

A massive book from Routledge titled The Routledge companion to mobile media has now arrived with the snail mail. The 558 pages of the book cover nearly all aspects of mobile media, with contributions from leading mobile media and communication scholars around the world. All in all there are 47 chapters, and I sincerely look forward to take a grab at many of these.

The Australian-based editors, Gerard Goggin and Larissa Hjorth, first invited me to contribute during the fall of 2011. I wrote my chapter during end of 2012, and polished the proof during spring of 2013.  The chapter reviews mobile news from different perspectives, and is titled “The production and consumption of mobile news”.
